Judge Rips into ‘Attention-seeking’ Rape Accuser, Calls Her What She Is…

About damn time.

Rape.

It’s no secret that when it comes to rape, especially in our justice systems, men are often times screwed.

Sometimes, it’s the male victims of rape that are minimized, like in the case of Alex Morgan, a male rape survivor and CEO of Stay Brave UK, who was told by a helpline that “men are the attackers, women are the victims” when he tried to talk about everything that had happened to him.

When he was 14 he was chased and attacked while walking home from school by a 20 year old, and struggled to find someone who he could talk to about it. When he dialed a rape crisis hotline, he was told very bluntly that “this number is for women and girls.”

‘I remember her saying “men are the abusers, women are the victims, we need to terminate this call now so we can help victims.”‘

Or you could look at the case out of Tennessee where a female janitor allegedly raped a 16-year-old boy during school hours. She was charged with sexual battery by an authority figure, but was later released on only a $15,000 bond.

Would a man have had the same treatment if he was the rapist? Would he have received a slap on the wrist?

But there’s another dark side to the criminal justice system when it comes to rape, and it could ruin men’s lives even though no crime was committed – false rape accusations.

If men are falsely accused of rape, their lives are ruined when they’re demonized by the media. Before the facts of the case can come out, they’re already branded as guilty until proven innocent.

And unfortunately, there are certain women who know that they have that power, and they decide to use it.

Sometimes the rape accusations don’t even remotely make sense, like in the case of the crazy woman got into an Uber, started bragging about being in the Daily News, and started throwing racial insults at the Uber driver before, wait for it, accusing him of rape because he didn’t have an iPhone charger.

Luckily, there are sometimes stories where a false rape accuser finally gets what was coming to them, like in today’s story.

Ladies and gentlemen, meet Jemma Beale.

This piece of human garbage was just sentenced to 10 years in prison after accusing 15 men in three years of sexual assault.

But that’s not the best part. The judge called her an “attention-seeking”, a “convincing liar”, and “manipulative.”

I would have gone with “waste of a large amount of food” and probably would have included “going up to every tree that she’s ever walked by an apologize for being such a waste of oxygen” in her sentence.

Judge Nicholas Loraine-Smith said: “This trial has revealed, what was then not obvious, that you are a very, very convincing liar and you enjoy being seen as a victim. The prosecution described your life as a ‘construct of bogus victim hood.'”

Funny enough, the bitch still maintains her innocence.

The judge, however, wasn’t having it. He went on:

“These offences usually began as a drunken attempt to get your partner’s sympathy or perhaps to arouse her jealousy.

“They each began impulsively, but what is particularly chilling is the manner in which you persisted in making allegations which you knew were untrue even to the extent of committing and repeating perjury.”

He added: “These false allegations of rape, false allegations which will inevitably be widely publicised, are likely to have the perverse impact of increasing the likelihood of guilty men going free.

“Cases such as this bring a real risk that a woman who has been raped or sexually assaulted may not complain to the police for fear of not being believed.”

I’m not going to say “I hope she chokes on prison food.”

…but.
